Our 36-acre property features a charming 1900's 5-bedroom family friendly cottage, nestled amongst hardwood forests with stunning rural views, yet only minutes from local shops and the world-renowned Hunter Valley wineries.
Located in Branxton, in the heart of the picturesque Hunter Valley, we are under 2 hours’ drive from the Sydney CBD and 45 minutes from Newcastle. Just off the new Hunter Expressway it is easily accessible from Sydney on the M1 and from Newcastle. It is also a 5-minute drive to the new Huntlee Shopping Centre for convenience shopping at Coles and 15 minutes to the heart of the wine district.

Set well off the road, a 600m winding dirt driveway leads you past the old cattle yards to the cottage providing ultimate privacy. The cottage has been lovingly updated while retaining its original charm. It is situated on an elevated position with breathtaking views of the sprawling pastures and rolling hills allowing you to submerge yourself in the serene, tranquil environment.
